| BusinessPath provides you with an easy way to find a business or Service in or around your local community. This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you & BusinessPath Ltd.. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering your Business or Service. By registering your Business or Service with BusinessPath, you become a member of BusinessPath (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR BUSINESS OR SERVICE. THE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY BusinessPath Ltd. AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON NOTICE TO YOU. BusinessPath Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. AS A MEMBER, YOU AGREE THAT: BusinessPath Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, are not liable for any losses, costs, expenses (including any attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the BusinessPath service. BusinessPath Ltd. does not warrant that your use of the BusinessPath Service will be uninterrupted, always available, error-free, or will meet your requirements (see Refunds below). We will do everything possible to keep this service uninterrupted, available and error free. If there is anything we can do to make the service better for you please contact Customer Support at support@BusinessPath.com. You also agree that BusinessPath Ltd. takes no responsibility for the content of web sites found through BusinessPath or any web sites found through a BusinessPath web site link. BusinessPath Ltd. does not warranty the entries and is no way liable for any misinformation. COMPLAINTS To resolve a complaint regarding the BusinessPath service, you should contact Customer Service at support@BusinessPath.com. REFUNDS If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the BusinessPath Service for any reason you can request a refund. Please note that all refunds are pro-rated based on the amount of time you have actually been on the service. |
